Nimble Activewear - An Eight-Year Growth Partnership

Chorus Collective was a fundamental part of Nimble Activewear's early growth story online. We came on board in 2016 when Kate conducted the brand's first digital audit and strategy at a time when eCommerce was a tiny percentage of Nimble’s retail sales. From there, we built the channel strategy, conducted ongoing data analysis, and hands-on execution across Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok to grow new customer acquisition and oversaw enormous, sustainable revenue scale that grew their team from just 3 people to 25 in a few short years.

The results

  • Over five years, Nimble scaled more than 20X in annual revenue. While media spend grew at a far more modest rate, the brand's channel efficiency improved as it scaled
  • By FY21 we were managing almost $1M spend across four key channels at a very lean percentage of revenue
  • After a year-long break together, we again worked with the team to stabilise and rebuild efficiency, recovering Google performance holding blended CPA at lean levels on a still-significant media investment
