Kat the Label - Building an Online Lingerie Brand from the Ground Up

Chorus has been part of Kat the Label lingerie’s enormous growth story since mid-2020, when the brand was a small team with a minimal paid media presence. Over the following years we helped build the online growth engine from scratch. Paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, Klaviyo strategy and flows, creative direction, a loyalty program that became central to the business’ customer retention, and strategic input into a full site rebuild.

The results over that period speak to what sustained, integrated growth marketing looks like. 

  • Revenue grew roughly 10x from 2020 to 2023, driven by a consistently strong Meta and Google performance
  • As the brand scaled and spend increased significantly, we maintained strong channel efficiency where media spend grew at a fraction of that rate
  • The loyalty program, Sunday Society, tightly integrated with Loyalty Lion and Klaviyo, became a core retention driver, with return customers accounting for a huge share of revenue
